JATA国際観光会議2009　シンポジウムに参加しました。

アウトバウンドセッションは下記の４名のシンポジウムでした。

香港政府観光局　　加納國雄氏
グアム政府観光局　光森裕二氏
ハンガリー政府観光局　コーシャ　バーリン　レイ氏

特にハンガリーのコーシャ局長の話に共感しました。

Easing people to take holidays starting with public servants and staff of travel industry
Create a positive mood with the population to travel

Reasons of the sluggish demand
1) Economic crisis
2) Pessimistic views of the future
3) Lower interests in overseas trip
4) Difficulties to get longer holidays
5) This is the trend going abroad is not “trendy”anymore
6) Decrease of leisure routes by airlines
7) Fear of the overseas destinations(due to the lack of information,poor language skill,public safty,etc.)

Crucial reason of the suffering Japanese market
1) Image of going abroad is so far not good as it was before
2) Supply and demand contradictions
3) Cultural social and geopolitical conditions of the Japanese market
4) The tourism related companies are not willing to take more business risks.

9月25日にオーストリー大使館公邸で記者会見を行いました。

ウィーンフィルの来日に合わせて、副楽団長のシュタインベルグさんとMS6のシュプリンガー氏が来日しての企画でした。
大使の挨拶もたいへん好意的な内容でとてもありがたいと感無量でした。
